Our quiz night was very successful. The kids weren't just answering questions we had a mixture of games to make the quiz more exciting. The kids split into teams of three, two teams of boys and a team of girls. After a general knowledge round our first game involved running round a snooker cue and carrying a tray of plastic balls around an obstacle course. The 'Flapping Fish' round was a team game. All the teams has to draw a fish on a piece of paper then using a newspaper they had to flap the fish to the other end of the hall. After more questions it was time for the food tasting round which was a chance for the teams to gain extra points by eating food, but not just any old food! Our tasting session included a cold cup of coffee, lemon juice, cold custard, a piece of chocolate that has been half eaten by baby Ellie (slavers included), goats milk and a sweet rescued from the rubbish bin. The final round was the music round where we played a mix of ten songs in a row and the teams had to identify the pieces of music. The winning team were ironically the 'Dumbo's'.

Well done boys expect another quiz soon.
