Bilston Kids Club meets every Tuesday and Friday evening from 6.15pm - 8.00pm in Bilston Pavilion for children of pre-school age - 10 year olds.

We charge £1 for the club per person which includes money for tuck.

 


Many thanks to everyone who came and supported us at the Bilston Kids Club Fun Day. The fun day took place on Sunday 28th March 2004. Everyone had a really good time and we made lots of many that will help us buy some new equipment.

Shelley is the Kids Club co-ordinator and has worked with the club since she was a teenager. She is a very experienced youth worker who has done a course in Child Protection. She also cor-ordinates the Youth Club on a Monday Night.
Annie works with the club on a Tuesday night as a Youth Work Assistant. She is also a creche assistant at Ikea. She has several child and youth qualifications and has worked with the club for six years.
Martyn has worked for the club for four and a half years and recently became a Youth Work Assistant. He has attended the Child Proection Course and a First Aid Course. He also works for Loanhead After School Club Project at the Roslin satellite club.
Donna H assists the club as a volunteer as well a maintaining the clubs premises and has done for just over four years. She has a first aid certificate, creche worker certificate, has attened Child Protection courses and received praise from the Care Commission for her work with children. She also works closley with Loanhead After School Club and Bilston Annex Primary School.

LATEST - Kids Club will remain open throughout the summer holidays.

31 May - There will be no Kids Club on Friday 4th July and Friday 11th July.

Julie has worked with us a volunteer for three years. She has attended Child Protection Courses and is certified in creche work. She has experience of working with children of all ages and is our special worker for per-school children. She is also in charge of the Bilston Parent and Toddler Group.
Donna W is our newest volunteer who has been with us just under six months. She specialises with arts and crafts and playing games. She recently made christmas cards and new year calenders with the children which went down a treat.
