1 APOLOGIES
Apologies have been received from F. Renton and S. Hamilton.

2 PREVIOUS MINUTES
The minutes from the August meeting were proposed by D. Hogg and seconded by S. Kay.

3 CHAIRPERSON THANKS
The Chairperson thanked all the committee for their hard work over the past year especially due the lack of committee members.

4 TREASURER'S REPORT
A copy of the yearly accounts are enclosed. There are some cheques that have to be cashed.

5 NOMINATIONS TO COMMITTEE
Nominations to the committee have been postponed to the next meeting so that nominations can be considered.

6 NOMINATION OF OFFICE BEARERS
This has also been postponed until the next meeting.

7 AMENDMENT TO CONSTITUTION
This has also been postponed until the next meeting.

8. NEXT MEETING
The next meeting will be held on the 3 October at 8pm in Roslin Community Hall

The meeting closed at 8.45pm
