1 APOLOGIES
Apologies were received from F. Renton and Cllr K. McIntosh

2 POLICE REPORT
2.1 In December there were 27 reported crimes in Roslin and Bilston. 11 of these have been solved.
2.2 L. Murie has arranged to meeting to encourage the start of a Neighbourhood Watch. The Roslin meeting will be held on Monday 30 January and the Bilston meeting will be held on Wednesday 1 February.

3.1 Balance unavailable.
The Balance on 31 October 2005 was £918.28

4 TRANSPORT REPORT
Nothing to report.

5 ENVIRONMENT REPORT
Nothing to report.

6 PLANNING
6.1 Midlothian Council, temporary change of use from agricultural food storage unit to storage of recycled material at Seafield Mill, Seafield Moor Road, Bilston. No opposition.
6.2 Thomas Rutherford, 22 Cearketton Avenue, Bilston. Alteration to flatted dwelling including installation of rooflights. No opposition.
