1 MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING

The minutes of the January meeting were proposed by D. Hogg and seconded by M. Gordon.

2 APOLOGIES

Apologies were received from J. Collins, A. Fleming, J. Robinson and L. Murie.

3 POLICE REPORT

No report.

4 TREASURERS REPORT

4.1 The current balance is £586.07.
4.2 S. Kay is sending in a council grant form.
4.3 A £30 cheque and thank you letter was recived from Roslin Fun Week Committee.

7 TRANSPORT REPORT

5.1 K. McIntosh informed the committee that he is meeting with S. Beattie with regards to extending the car park at Rosslyn Chapel. The committee asked if when extending the car park if there were any plan to resurface the Chapel Loan.

8 ENVIROMENT REPORT

Nothing to report.

9 PLANNING

9.1 Rosslyn Chapel Trust, Rosslyn Chapel, Roslin, EH25 9PU. Extension to existing car park for Rosslyn Chaple. No opposition.
9.2 Mr and Mrs Cherry, 43 St. Clair Crescent, Roslin. Erection of conservatory. No opposition.
