5 Environmental Report
5.1 Letter received from Bob Jarmson (Penicuik) regarding the Clear Up Campaign. Because we organise our own village clear up with local children , it was agreed that we should reply to Bob as such. Fiona will let him know at the next Federation meeting.
5.2 Bilston Park has been left in a state of disrepair after installation of new play equipment. A letter is to be sent to Bob Paige informing him of this.
5.3 Dog fouling is getting worse again in Bilston. A reply regarding bins is still awaited from the Council. Residents are to be encouraged to report offenders to the Dog Wardens.
5.4 Doctors are planning a local forum to keep residents informed during the building of the new GP Surgery.

6 Midlothian Local Plan review.
Fiona and Archie attended the meeting on 16th December at Greenbank School. Minutes have been received and will be published.

7 AOCB
7.1 Cllr. McIntosh stated that he has had a number of queries regarding the Concessionary Bus Passes. He advised that intended changes from 1st April applied to EDINBURGH residents only.
All Midlothian residents should have the OAKLEAF on their passes and will be accepted on LRT Buses.
7.2 There are a number of potholes appeared again in Roslin in Chapel Loan and Lang Hill.
7.3 The lock on the cemetery gate needs repaired.
7.4 The dog bin and litter bins are missing from Roslin Park.

Letters will be sent regarding 7.2 - 7.4.
